Christine Staton – Billing Manager
She began teaching four-year old preschool part-time after adopting two special children. While caring for two medically needy children, she developed an interest in the medical field. Once her children were ready for school, she was ready to return to a full-time career.
Chris began working with American Heritage Ambulance as an Administrative Assistant in 2005. She worked with management to ensure all administrative needs were met and learned the in's and out's of each department, mastering all tasks. Chris’ ability to multitask is second to none. She is well organized, a self starter and easily adapts to any new duty assigned.
Chris is currently the Billing Manager and is responsible for all aspects of the billing department to include: contract rates & invoices, receivables, collections and customer satisfaction. She successfully manages a team of three billing specialist while continuing to manage the payroll system, she assists the CEO with monthly financial reports, and helps Administration with daily tasks.
The “one who everyone turns to in any crisis event” should the CEO not be available, “the one who has the answer, or will not stop until she finds it”, “the one who masters any task at hand, the jack of all trades” while continuing to ensure the success of the company, that would be Chris Staton…” Making a difference in the lives we touch.”
